Unable to see a referral for a particular opened account in the Referrals folder under Opportunities from the main menu
Display is limited to 90 days in Referrals Summary and 2000 days in Production Summary, to avoid delays in displaying the referral records on other views.
If the particular account was added beyond the days limit for display, it won’t show up in the concerned Summary view.
However, if the account is within the days limit, please contact support with the following information:
- Account Number and the Corresponding Referral Employee
- Report/View where you are unable to see the Referral/Account (along with screenshot)
