You find the following account import error on the processing log: “The user ID provided on this account could not be located in the R1 database.”
These types of errors can be caused by no users being assigned to the user IDs specified in the error message. You can fix this type of error by following any of these two approaches:
- Validate into the Core system for whom are supposed to be the accounts and use the proper value in your core system to match with an existing R1 user ExternalKey_ID.
- Create two new users in ResourceOne with ExternalKey_ID that match those specified in the error message.
