Cluster Metrics Not Showing - Ganglia Inaccessible

Overview

Ganglia and Nagios services are inaccessible. When attempting to restart from Ambari, it fails to start apache due to an SSL configuration issue.
No cluster metrics/stats data is available on the Services tab, the Hosts tab, or the dashboard tab, as in the images below.

Check if the following line is uncommented in /etc/httpd/conf.d/ssl.conf while the server-chain.crt file is not present in the system:

#SSLCertificateChainFile /etc/pki/tls/certs/server-chain.crt

Comment out the above line.

Apache will start successfully and bring the cluster metrics back to a working state.
