Replacing SSL Certificates in Postgres

Overview

Postgres SSL Certificates have expired, as detected in a vulnerability scan. New certificates need to be requested and replaced.

Solution

  • Follow the steps to request and extract the certificate files in Requesting and Configuring New SSL Certificates.
  • Take a backup of the server.crt and server.key files in the  /opt/sensage/data/atpgsql
  • Replace them with the newly generated .crt and .key files.
