Unable to qualify referrals despite having permissions

Overview

You have the permission to qualify referrals and backdate, but are still unable to qualify some accounts.

Information

In order to be able to qualify an account, the system validates the account to have a referrer, so it can not be applied to an account without a referrer.

  1. Confirm the account have a referrer
  2. Mark the Qualified checkbox and save (the system will add today's date)
  3. Modify the Qualified date to the proper one and save
