Unable to Use Google Chrome to Create or Modify Custom Reports

Overview

You are having issues when creating or modifying custom reports in CoreTrac using Google Chrome. You would like to know if there is a fix or update that would allow use of Google Chrome.

 

Information

Internet Explorer is the only supported browser for versions of CoreTrac older than 4.0 (e.g. CoreTrac v3.x).

If you are using an older version of CoreTrac, you could try the IE Tab plugin as stated in the Using R1 in Chrome article. However, using Internet Explorer is the recommended option.

If you are using CoreTrac version 4.0, please make sure the below prerequisites are met:

  • The latest version of Google Chrome
  • JavaScript, CSS, and Cookies are enabled
  • The screen resolution is at least 1024 x 768.
