Overview

When using the ResourceOne application, you are facing issues with information displayed on the screen and you are unable to stretch or manipulate the display to have a better view.

Examples:

• Overlapping text in information tables
  
  
  
  
• The height of the drop-down menus will not get larger
  
  
  

Solution

Objects on the ResourceOne windows are not re-sizeable on the application since the fonts and object sizes rely on your machine display settings. This issue happens due to the usage of an unsupported browser. Please note that version 3.75 of ResourceOne is compatible only with Internet Explorer.

To resolve the issue, please use the appropriate browser for your version or open a ticket to update the software to its latest version. When using a supported browser, you can also adjust the following settings to improve visualization:

• Adjust the View display settings in Windows 
• Adjust the Zoom of your browser
