Overview

Your Verdiem server is crashing frequently and you think it may be a memory leak issue. You are running Verdiem 6.5.x.

Solution

The server crashing is a result of a known memory leak bug identified in the 6.5.x version of Verdiem. The Engineering team has been working on this issue, but an ETA to publish a fix is not yet given.

To resolve this issue, please monitor the Verdiem server memory being used in the task manager. If it overshoots, you can perform a server restart which will solve the issue. Please note that this is a temporary fix.  The engineering team is actively fixing the issue that will be available in the next release.
