Changes Made to Article Are Not Saved or Reflected

Overview

You may encounter an issue that changes made to a specific article in the content editor are not reflected after you have saved the updated document. For example, you have deleted links from a document within content editor, but they reappeared immediately.

Solution

This issue may be caused by the Solr platform misbehavior.

The recommended solution is to delete the affected article and re-create it from scratch.
Note: Make sure to copy the content before deleting the document.

Alternatively, you can try to re-contribute the affected document.
