The Filter Option for Case Category is Not Functioning Properly

Overview

You are trying to extract custom reports, but the box to view the Case Category option is cut off, so there is no way to filter by it.

 

Information

This is a system limitation that shows up when the list items have more than ~20 items (depending on the character size and spacing). As a workaround, use the option to export to MS Excel and then filter based on the Case Category within the Excel file.
