You're experiencing an error that says "I'm sorry, your internet browser does not meet CoreTrac's minimum security and browser standards. Please click ok to access resources to upgrade your browser." while trying to access the ResourceOne application.
You may also be receiving a "401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials." error message.
The issue may be caused by a database outage. Kindly ask your Database Administrator (DBA) to restart the SQL instance of ResourceOne, review the resources available on the server and address any problems found. Once SQL instance is running normally, restart ResourceOne by performing the following steps:
- Go to Administration -> System -> Application Status and Restart Application, as outlined and numbered in the Screenshot below.
