You are looking to remove a relationship from an organization record, but when clicking on 'Change contact' the system returns 'No items found'.
When trying to delete the record you might also receive the following message: "Delete not allowed. Registration mail address uses the affiliate's address."
This issue happens when the primary contact relationship does not have the appropriate primary contact indicator. To resolve the issue, please open a support ticket informing the organization and the relationship to be removed.
This issue requires using the Progress Editor to edit a relationship, thus it needs to be performed by an L2 agent.
Follow the steps in the Cannot Change a Primary Contact or Parent Affiliation article to modify the Primary Contact Indicator. Once the Primary Contact Indicator is properly set the relationship can be removed.</supportagent>
