You are facing your till card machines intermittently dropping and you are unable to process card payments. Tills stop working and declining customers' cards payments. Card machines lose signal, and so on. This is causing the store disruption.
Card machines are unable to reach the payment gateway. The disconnect happened on the PED directly and this is dependant on the internet availability to the payment gateway and if there's no Internet connection this would be the main cause of the failure.

If the failure happened to the SolveConnect service we can assist in bouncing the service if needed. Although this would still require connectivity to the internet in order for the machine to work normally.
