You are having issues opening the till drawer with the till key. The drawer still opens when completing a sale or performing a "no sale", but won't open when trying it to open manually at the end of the day to get the floats out.
For this type of issue, Prologic needs to send someone to the store to check the unit. Please provide the following information.
- Site Name.
- Phone on Site.
- Store Manager.
- HW Product: Till number with the issue.
- Issue Details: Any additional information.
