After an antivirus update in one of the environments, a user may experience problems with importing invoices from Kofax to Computron.
Antivirus scans may cause a variety of issues related to Kofax imports. It is recommended that the user requests their IT department to exclude the Kofax and Computron application and data folders from the antivirus scan.
Some examples of Computron folders on the application server that need to be excluded from the scan are the following:
Similarly, the following should be excluded from the scan in the server where Kofax is installed:
- C:\Program Files (x86)\Kofax
- C:\Program Files\Kofax
