Autonomy Server not installed after the upgrade


SupportSoft and KC (Knowledge Center) were successfully upgraded (eg: from 8.1.1 to 9.2 or later) and configured without errors appearing. During the installation, you installed KC and Platform components.

However, the Autonomy Server is not installed.



Starting from version 9.2 SupportSoft does not use Autonomy Server at all.

Autonomy server is a search index tool. If you are facing KC search-related issues, contact our support team for help.

In general, it is recommended that you upgrade to the latest version of SupportSoft.
