Your product's activation isn’t working anymore, or you just have inquiries regarding new licenses, renewals, extensions, licensing changes, demo licenses, billing information, invoices, or a new pay structure for CoreTrac.
For all financial or sales inquiries, you must contact the Account Management team by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the following information:
Type of request: <In this case, explain the type of request you are creating. I.E. "I need a new license">
Comment(s): <In this case, add any comment you want, related to the type of request>
If you already created a ticket with Support, just add the information described previously to the ticket.
