Some of the ADC guns you have previously set up are not working as expected. These ADC guns won't connect and a communication error is displayed ( "Connect Error:23C").
It is possible you are having trouble connecting your ADC guns with the application server due to network issues onsite. Please contact your IT team/network team to solve any connectivity issues.
If the issue persists, please reach out to the Prologic Support team and provide the following information:
- Hostname/IP-Address of the application server.
- Network name of the ADC gun(s), which includes the last 6 digits of the serial number and the gun's IP.
With this information, the support team can check connectivity from the application server-side by pinging the ADC gun(s) before restarting the ADC daemon.
