You may notice a degradation in the ADC performance. CIMS itself could be working fine but the ADC picking guns would be running very slowly.
You might be experiencing slowness with your Automatic Data Capture (ADC) picking guns. This is most likely caused by issues with your network connection. Connectivity issues will not allow the ADC guns to connect to the application server. Your network team can check if this is the case and solve any connectivity issues.
If the problem persists, it is possible the service is overloaded. This will be solved by restarting the ADC daemon. Reach out to the support team to get assistance on this matter.
