You may notice a degradation in the ADC performance. CIMS itself could be working fine but the ADC picking guns would be running very slowly.
You might be experiencing slowness with your Automatic Data Capture (ADC) picking guns due to problems with the network connection to the application server. The network team can check if this is the case and solve any connectivity issues.
If the problem persists, it will most likely be solved by restarting the ADC daemon. Reach out to the support team and they will solve this issue by restarting the ADC Daemon.
