You may need to update your DNS records to change which IP address it points to. This could be considered for both with www and without.
Please create a support ticket and specify the IP address you want to point the DNS record to. The support team will assist you as soon as possible.
Note for agents: If you receive a request for some DNS configuration, please escalate the ticket to the IT Ops team to have it sent to the client.
