Blank error received while clearing

Overview

You may receive a Blank error when trying to clear a person in Connect.

This is maybe due to the fact that, in OnDemand, both the person record and org record were marked as inactive. 

 

Solution

  1.  Login to gomembers OnDemand

  2. Use the People Tab to look for the Person that is causing the error

  3. Click on Edit Person

  4. Mark the Active checkbox

  5. Use the Organizations Tab to look for the Organization that is causing the error

  6. Click on Edit Organization

  7. Mark the Active checkbox

If you're still struggling, please create a support ticket that includes a screenshot of the error, and the name of the person and organization.
