You have cancelled the order by mistake and want to revert the cancellation and generate a dispatch for it.
Unfortunately, reverting the cancelled order is not possible.
The cancellation has also added a cancellation of the payment and the entry should also trigger the EFT cancellation.
Most probably the customer will provide the order id in the ticket. To check that the order is cancelled the agent may:
1. Login in CIMS.
2. Open the HS0A form.
3. Search Order by reference:
