You are unable to process orders because of the following error and are unable to access the CIMS application on local IP:
Failure of Web Server bridge:
No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.
This error occurs because the web service becomes glitchy, and a restart of the web services is required. Please reach out to the Support team and provide the hostname/IP-Address of the CIMS application which is unavailable and the support team will get back to you.
To restart the web services the agent needs to follow instructions in the 'Restarting Web Service' article.
