The time on the database server (or any server) could be wrong.
Please reach out to the support team with the server Hostname/IP-Adress and they will fix the server time for you.
- Connect to Sophos VPN and find the root password for the Server of the customer in the PasswordState. Read Description in the PasswordState to understand which server you need.
