Setting Up Users for Prologic Support Portal


Employees in your organization can be added to the Ignite Global Support portal, where information about Prologic can be found. 


Users in the Ignite Support Portal with access to the Prologic Customer Support category will be able to find articles in the knowledge base to solve common issues encountered when using Prologic's products or create tickets to get assistance from the Prologic Support team.

You can signup to the support portal by using the method below; 

  • Browse to the support portal:
  • Ensure you have third-party cookies enabled and not using Incognito/Private mode. This is because Zendesk requires cookies to be able to work and signup will fail with an "Invalid authenticity token" error.
  • Choose "Sign in":
  • Then choose "Sign up":
  • Finally, provide your details and respond to the verification email.

In case you need help with setting up users for the support portal, please reach out to the support team with the following information for adding users to the Prologic Support Portal:

  • User Name
  • User Email Adress

For multiple users, you may provide a list of users with the above details.
