Renewing your Contract


Before your contract (or subscription) expires, you will have to renew it in order to continue using GoMembers OnDemand.


  1. Contact your renewal manager. Optionally, inform your Account Manager about this to expedite the process.
  2. If you do not know who your renewal manager and/or account manager is, please create a support ticket.


If a client opens a support ticket regarding renewing or extending their contract, please follow the steps in the Routing Table to get the Renewal manager's contact details for that particular client. Then, share the Renewal manager's contact details with the customer and instruct them to contact the renewal manager directly.
