You may be unable to connect with your FTP. Due to an outage, there was migration to new instance types and this might require setting up the FTP connection again.
To solve this issue, please create a support ticket, and include the FTP site and application you're using.
To solve this problem, follow the steps below:
- If not provided, ask the customer for the FTP site and FTP application they use.
- Forward this information to the IT Ops team
- When the IT Ops team confirms the issue is resolved, tell the customer.
