In certain cases you may need to delete certain List Builder Reports.

Information

To delete a List Builder Report, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your instance of GoMembers OnDemand.

2. Access the List Builder from the Reports tab, clicking on List Builder under Organization.

3. Locate the report in the current reports and press Remove.

In case you are unable to remove a report, for example if the admin account that created it no longer exists, create a ticket, and a support agent will assist you.

<supportagent>In case the customer is unable to remove a report as admin, use a superadmin account to remove the report. If you don't have access to a superadmin account, escalate the ticket to the Product Specialist team.</supportagent>
