Changing the Company Logo


If your company changed the logo, you will need to have it updated everywhere it is used.



Since the company logo is used on the website, invoices, certificates, etc, it must be changed in some places. If you do not have the rights to update it in some of these places, please create a support ticket specifying where you could not modify it and attaching your logo.

Note: The logo should be 4 times larger than you want it on the printed page, allowing for a high-resolution image on printed invoices. The maximum size is 2250x650.

Replacing the Logo Used on Invoices

Note: Only superadmin users have permission to follow the steps in this section.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Login to your GoMembers OnDemand instance.
  2. Open the Admin tab and click Logo Upload under the Global Setup.
  3. Update the logo:
    1. Click Choose File and select the file to be used as the new logo.
    2. Click Upload.
    3. Click Save.

Replacing the Logo Used on Certificates

Edit the existing templates as shown in Step 4: Uploading the Formatted Certificate Template on the Creating and Customizing Certificates article. Refer to Step 3: Customizing the Certificate Using Microsoft Word to know how to edit the certificate template.


Replacing the Logo Used on Forms

Follow these steps:

  1. Go to Connect.
  2. Go to Forms > Preferences.

  3. Locate the Default Header Image:
    1. Click Choose File.
    2. Click Submit Header Image to apply the changes.


Replacing the Logo Used on Profile Manager

Follow these steps:

  1. Go to Connect.
  2. Under Profile Manager, click Header.
  3. Click Choose File and select the logo file.
  4. Click Save.
