OnDemand: Editing Organization Phone Number

Overview

You may need to configure the phone number associated with an organization in OnDemand.

 

Information

To edit the organization phone, do the following:

  1. Connect to your instance of OnDemand.
  2. Open the Organizations tab.

  3. Search for the organization and click the organization address.
    Organizations_tab_-_Search.png

  4. Click Edit Organization.
    Organization_-_View_-_Edit.png

  5. Edit the organization phone.
    Organization_-_Edit_Phone.png

  6. Click Save and Close to finish.
