Migrating SupportSoft servers from an on-premise installation to a cloud environment requires configuration changes only for servers. The client components do not need to be redeployed. It is likely that certain keys may need to be reapplied.
You are the owner of the on-premise installation, so, you can proceed with the migration activity. It is recommended to try deploying a test environment with a reduced set of clients for troubleshooting your installation. It is not mandatory to involve the IgniteTech team.
