Is it possible to take a remote session without user permission?


In order to take a remote session from the Support Portal, an Analyst usually would need to get permission from the end-user. Is there a way to create a remote session or connect to an end-user machine without explicit permission from that user?



It is not possible for an analyst to take a remote session from the Support Center without getting permission from the end-user.
The only two ways (authentication methods) in which a remote session can be created are:

  • Through Code
  • Through IP
