Overview
You are experiencing a client sync issue when deploying the solutions for end-users over the User Center portal outside of the application server. The client sync happens without any errors when deploying inside the server.
Information
It is likely that the sprtcmd.log reads a registry error code 11, indicating a certificate issue (Sync Error Code List). To resolve, the build can be re-installed to allow the sync to occur.
If re-installation does not resolve the issue, follow the instructions in Clients Not Syncing with Registry Error Code: 11 to troubleshoot the error.
Testing
