Overview

In Surveyor version 6.2.201 and above, running the Surveyor Saving Details report crashes the Internet Information Services (IIS) server, and the report does not generate.

Environment

Surveyor version 6.2.201 and above.

Resolution

1. In the Surveyor application server, go to the following file path:
   
   C:\Program Files(x86)\Verdiem\ibi\WebFocus77\basedir\surveyor\app\path
   
   
2. Open the excel_computer_energy_details.fex file with Notepad.
3. In the excel_computer_energy_details.fex file, find the instances where EXL07 is used in the code and replace it with EXL2K. There are two instances in the file where this change needs to be made, as shown in the table below.

4. Save and close the file.
