Creating or Editing an Agent Level

Process

 

  1. In the menu bar, click Manage People then go to Agent Level Manager.

  2. From the Agent Level Manager screen, you can create a new Agent Level or edit an existing Agent Level by clicking its name.

  3. If multiple languages are configured for a specific implementation, select the language of the Agent Level that you want to edit.

  4. Finally, make sure to save the changes by clicking the Save button.
