Cannot Access EPM Live


You may face a situation where several of your users are unable to access EPM live. When they attempt to login, they get the following error message:
The server could not sign you in. Make sure your username and password are correct, and then try again.


This is a known issue that may occur due to issues with the domain controller. A solution exists, but it needs to be executed by our SaaS team by performing a reset on the domain connection. Please contact support and inform them of the issue. 


In order to solve the issue for the customer, the issue should be escalated to the SaaS team under the SKYVERA project with the type as SaaS Incident. For more information on escalation, refer to the Escalation Paths.
