Overview
A customer might face an issue with their G2 version 2020.4 where the "more colors" option to open the Standard and Custom tabs of the dialog is not working correctly. This is an issue with the TWNG which appears when using the G2 2020.4 with the TWNG 2020.4.
Solution
The issue arises when using G2 2020.4 with the TWNG 2020.4. The "more color" does NOT open.
When using TWNG 2015 and below it does work.
The issue was fixed in the G2 version 2021.1 release so it is advised that the customers upgrade to the latest G2 version which has resolved other known issues along with the color picker issue.
