Unable to View 'Organization Requests' on the Ignite Support Page



It is possible that when you navigate to Organization Requests on the Ignite Support Page, you are unable to view any requests.




This issue can be caused when your organization has several requests, causing the system to load the requests slower than normal. The organization requests will be visible after giving the page some time to load. This is a known issue and our Systems Management team is working on optimizing the support portal so that this delay can be minimized.
