While editing your Support Account, under "edit my profile", you have erroneously added an incorrect/ nonexistent email address. You are now unable to log in to your account as there is a pending verification on that email and you can't verify it.
Symptoms: Getting an error message: "You have an unverified email. You can't view requests because one of your email addresses has not been verified."
Contact Support through your colleague to get the incorrect email address removed from your account.

You should be able to log in to your account again.
