The following warning dialog is shown when trying to log in to the additional companies:
"This network interface card based copy protection key is expired. Call Everest support to obtain a new key"
This error indicates the multi-company license key has expired and should be renewed.
Customers receiving this error despite renewing should request new license keys, making sure to provide the correct MAC address for their database server.
Support agents should obtain account manager approval before proceeding to generate new license keys by following the Everest License Generation Process.
