Everest users can sometimes encounter the following error when selecting particular line items in a Sales Order making it impossible to select and/or modify the affected line item:
"Either BOF or EOF is True, or the current record has been deleted. Requested operation requires a current record"
This error can occur when there is a 3rd party application updating the order line item and marking the order as being picked while Everest is expecting an entry in the pick ticket/pull sheet table.
The recommended solution would be to accordingly amend the 3rd party application to address the pick ticket/pull sheet process to correctly update the order line item.
If this is not possible, a workaround would be to run a script to unlock the order to allow the modification without any error. Submit a support request for further assistance in this scenario.
Support agents should escalate this to L2 support for assistance in providing the unlock script referenced in Zendesk ticket #2393993.
