When you log in to Everest, a window pops up saying your password has expired and that you need to update it. You have now updated it but when you try and log in it says your password is incorrect.
This issue may signal that your account has been locked. Try to unlock it by following the steps below:
- If you have access to the Supervisor or administrator account, please follow the steps in the Unlocking Everest User article to unlock your account. Additionally, you can view your password directly via File > Set Up > Users > Users > login name > View Password.
- If the account is the Supervisor or administrator account, or you have access to the database, please follow the steps in the Admin user is locked out article, while adjusting the parameters for the account in question.
Once you applied the steps above, you will be able to log into Everest. If the issue still persists, please contact support.
