Can you set up lots without having to set up each item individually?

How do you set up the lots without having to set up for each item individually? You have set up all the item profiles for Lot tracking and Auto Generate lot numbers. Can one lot number can be used for multiple items?

One lot number can be used for multiple items but it will interfere with the Lot history.

Sadly, there is no option available in Everest to set up lots for bulk items. However, if the Auto Generate lot number option is enabled (Inventory > Items > Options > Edit > In New Window > Inventory tab > Auto generate lot numbers) then you can create or select Lot numbers on Purchase Receipt or Purchase Invoice:

Also, there is no way to set up the same lot number for every item or 1 lot number for the entire Purchase Receipt and you will still have to go into every line item, even if you have set up the Auto Generate lot number option.
