You want to know if there is G2 documentation available in Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, or any other language besides English in the Support Portal.
The Gensym Support Portal provides up-to-date G2 documentation and a direct line to the support team for customers all around the world. All documentation in the Gensym Support Portal is available only in English. Although configuring different languages is a possibility, all the articles in the knowledge base would have to be translated to other languages. At the moment, Gensym does not have the capacity to translate the content in the portal and as such, content in other languages is not available.
Our support infrastructure is also in English. When submitting requests through the portal, support is provided in English. However, Google translate is used to assist our global customers as best as we can.
