FirstRain Stage App Is Not Accessible

Overview

You may want to run certain tests on the stageapp.firstrain.com portal but it is unreachable.

Please note that the above staging environment is no longer available to run tests.



Solution

You can submit a request to FirstRain support for a demo user account.

If you need a separate demo environment (e.g., to test SSO functionality) or a demo company account, reach out to your account manager.

You should follow the guide to create a demo account if needed.

If an account manager requests to create a demo company account - elevate the case to the PS team; if AM requests to provide access to a staging environment (https://app.staging.firstrain.com/), create a Change Request Jira for SaaS (involve PCA for assistance on the Jira ticket if needed).
