Monitors Are Not Available in FirstRain Research


You may notice that monitors are not working or the entire FirstRain Research portal is not loading. The following error may be displayed:

504 Gateway Time-out nginx



Submit a request to FirstRain support to investigate why the monitors are not working, including the are you are encountering or names of the affected monitors

As a workaround, you should be able to search for required company news or create a channel in FirstRain Orion.


  1. Reproduce the issue by logging in to FirstRain Research (with the same credentials you use to log in to the FirstRain app) and opening any monitor.


  2. Elevate the case to the SaaS team for further investigation and resolution.
