Overview
You may want to clear your view in FirstRain and start creating channels from scratch.
Solution
- From the FirstRain app, click on your name and select Update Role & Channels.
- Select the corresponding role and click Next.
- Uncheck all personal and shared channels except one, which you will need to configure from scratch.
All other channels will be removed from your view.
- Scroll to the very bottom of the page and click Save.
- A page to set up a new channel (selected in step 3) is displayed - click Continue and proceed to configure your channel.
- Next, you can add more channels if needed.

If required, you can impersonate the user and perform the action on their behalf.
