Cannot Add Company to Channel


You are unable to add a specific company to your FirstRain feed.

This issue may happen when:

  • You are trying to add multiple companies at once to a Custom Channel.
  • The company is not found (i.e., not covered by FirstRain).


  • If you are adding companies to a Custom Channel, add them one by one:
    1. Enter the name of the company in the Add Your Interests field.
    2. Select the matching company from the dropdown.
    3. Click Add.


  • If the required company is not foundrequest the company to be added to FirstRain.



If a user is having issues adding a company to a channel, you should log in to their account and try to add the required company to the mentioned channel.
