When you try to change the reporting preferences you receive a warning with the message: Specified path does not exist. You can manually change the settings each time you print a document.
To solve this issue, please make sure that the folders specified in the File > Setup > Preference > Defaults > Reporting Preferences > Export Settings exist on the network and are accessible:
When the dialog is saving the settings, it checks if the folders specified in the Global Reports Repository and Export File Path (High Speed) exist and can be accessed. If they don't or cannot be accessed, the dialog will alert the user and not save any settings.
After ensuring the Export Settings are correctly configured as described above, the reporting settings will save. If you are still facing issues, please contact support.
