Olive Support Scope for Google Analytics

 

Overview 

Olive support agents, can help perform tasks as an administrator for customers in their Google Analytics accounts such as adding users, modifying permissions and general settings. There are some issues, however, that are not within the scope of support to fix and have to be resolved by Google either partially or fully.

There are several scenarios that you may come across with Google Analytics in which we might be able to determine the root cause of the issue so this table does not include all possible scenarios. In all cases, our customer support team will try its best to identify the root cause of any issue and then determine what would be the department or entity in charge of providing a resolution.
